Magaly Silvas

Magaly is a third-year undergraduate student studying Communication Sciences & Disorders and Linguistics. She joined NeuroLAND as a LASER Scholar and has contributed to the Biomarkers of Language Plasticity project, which examines the relationship between neuroplasticity and language outcomes in individuals with post-stroke aphasia. In the lab, she assists with research data management through data entry and verification in REDCap. She hopes to pursue graduate training in speech-language pathology and ultimately work as a bilingual medical speech-language pathologist.
